1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the provider of Keepless and the customer are concluded through the use of the Keepless SaaS services. 3. Scope of services

Keepless provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for secure, encrypted management of Licenses and API keys available. It is used via the web browser and an optional Chrome extension. The exact scope of services depends on the plan booked (Free, Pro, Lifetime).

4. Prices & Payment Terms

All prices quoted include the applicable VAT. The Billing is done monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan you choose. Payment will be made via the payment service provider Mollie B.V. handled.

5. Right of withdrawal

Verbrauchern steht grundsätzlich ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht zu. Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt bei digitalen Inhalten jedoch vorzeitig, wenn mit der Ausführung begonnen wurde und der Verbraucher ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat. Weitere Informationen: Cancellation policy.

6. Termination & contract term

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual subscriptions end at the end of the year. Cancellation is via the billing dashboard possible.

7. Data protection

Die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten erfolgt gemäß unserer Data protection declaration und im Einklang mit der DSGVO.

8. Limitation of Liability

The provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. A liability for Typical damages that were foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded remain unaffected. The provider is not liable for Loss of data resulting from improper use of the Service.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Der Anbieter behält sich vor, diese AGB mit einer Ankündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen per E-Mail zu ändern. Widerspricht der Nutzer nicht innerhalb dieser Frist, gelten die neuen AGB als akzeptiert.

10. Applicable Law & Place of Jurisdiction

The law of the Republic of Austria applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the provider.
